Spumante Brut Metodo Classico
This wine is obtained thru the classical method of in-bottle
refermentation. To the basic wine, generally Chardonnay or Pinot,
selected sugars and yeasts are added. Once bottled, the wine begins a
second fermentation, then followed by a resting on the yeasts, for at
least 4 years and, finally, elimination of residues, dosing and
packaging.
