Some tasting proposals

Visit cellar with:
-n°3 wines Chardonnay DOC, Moscato Giallo DOC, Marzemino DOC with bread-sticks, savoury biscuits, pickles.

-n°4 wines Chardonnay DOC, Moscato Giallo DOC, Marzemino DOC, Merlot DOC with small tasting of local charcuterie and cheese.
 

-n°5 wines Brut de Tarczal classico, Chardonnay DOC, Moscato Giallo DOC, Marzemino DOC, Merlot DOC, with the chance to change wine tipology (Cabernet, Schiava gentile Pinot Bianco) and a grappa of marzemino and if willing to taste some more products, a hot soup can be added for 15.00 euros.


Among our charcuterie we recommend speck, mortadella, sliced lucanica or baked salted meat.
Among the cheeses we recommend trentino grana, sweet asiago and a savoury cheese such as soppressa, among our soups pasta with beans or orzetto.

The tasting timetable:
from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 a.m., from 15.00 p.m. to 16.00 p.m.
At lunchtime, for six days a week (excluding tonight sunday and monday) our restaurant is open where you can eat a la carte at low prices or request a tourist price in advance.
90 places are available in the cellar and 50 in the restaurant.
An oenologist accompanies guided tours around the cellar.
Minimum number for groups is 10 persons.
