 TRENTO DOC BRUT

We produce Spumante according to the classical fermentation in the bottle, the champagne method. Therefore, we add to the still base wine of Chardonnay- and Pinot-grapes sugar and yeast and fill it in champagne bottles where the second fermentation takes place. During these 48 months of constant process, the bottles are turned at regular intervals by hand.
