de TARCZAL Grappa is obtained only from the dregs of newly pressed grapes from our vineyard.

Over time, we have specialized in producing grappa from single varieties of grapes, in particular Marzemino and Cabernet. Distillation of the dregs is for us the natural completion of the vine – wine cycle.
