MARZEMINO TRENTINO SUPERIORE DI ISERA DOC

In the 15th century the grape Marzemino Gentile has found on the basalt ground of the lower Trentino its ideal fertile soil. Since then the genetic relative of Lagrein, Teroldego and Syrah is an integral part of Trentino. Even Mozart was enchanted with the character of Marzemino with its gentle fragrance and taste of forest berries and sang in “Don Giovanni” about this typical wine of the valley Isera.

   PIANILONGHI – CABERNET SAUVIGNON

The noble vine Cabernet Sauvignon has started from Bordelais to conquer the world of the wine. In spite of the recognition signs, to the typical grape smell of black currant, the deep-dark colour as well as the structure of tannins and acids, the identification of the grape is not always easy, because it is hardly offered in its purity. In the Trentino the Cabernet Sauvignon is widespread because of the ideal conditions.

TEROLDEGO IGT VIGNETI DELLE DOLOMITI

Teroldego is one of the best regional red wines of Northern Italy which is located at 220 m, at the confluence of the rivers Adige and Noce. It is believed that the name is derived of the Austrian “Tiroler Gold”.
The grapes for this wine come from vineyards in perfect vegetative-productive balance. By thinning out the grapes, balanced and healthy grapes are obtained. This gives the wine the desired structure and the alcohol.

ROSA IGT VALLAGARINA ROSATO

Since the 16th century plays the Rebsorte Vernatsch, in Italian Schiava, an important role in South Tirol. Tact is a basic requirement to find the right amount of skin contact which is important for the production of the rosy wine. The variety, the degree of ripeness and health of the grape play an important role. The Schiava IGT Vallagarina is a winning, modern wine with pleasant, non-dominant alcohol degree and a fresh decent acidity. It suites very well for a kitchen with new trends.
