GEWÜRZTRAMINER TRENTINO DOC

The Gewürztraminer is a typical grape variety of the Central European winemaking. It is widespread along the mountain slopes near the River Adige, in Trentino Alto Adige, and gives the wine a distinctive aroma, a unique taste, smoothness and balance.

MÜLLER THURGAU TRENTINO DOC

The German researcher Hermann Müller received the grape “Müller Thurgau” in 1881 by crossing the grapes Rhine Riesling and Green Silvaner in the region of Lake Constance. Thanks to its freshness and harmony it is a ready-to-drink wine which already prepares in the year after the vintage drinking pleasure to those who prefer a light, fine-fruity wine poor in acid and with character.

PINOT BIANCO TRENTINO DOC

The Pinot Bianco unfolds his personality completely if it is grown on middle hill site. It is a pleasure to consume this wine young, however, also a medium length storage is to be recommended, because it still emphasises its character.

MOSCATO GIALLO TRENTINO DOC

Moscato Giallo also known as Golden Muscatel is the noblest variation of the famous grape Muscatel. In contrast to other muscatel wines the origin of the Moscato Giallo is in Trentino. The unmistakeable, intensive, fruity aroma makes this wine unique.

 TRENTO DOC BRUT

We produce Spumante according to the classical fermentation in the bottle, the champagne method. Therefore, we add to the still base wine of Chardonnay- and Pinot-grapes sugar and yeast and fill it in champagne bottles where the second fermentation takes place. During these 48 months of constant process, the bottles are turned at regular intervals by hand.

MARZEMINO TRENTINO SUPERIORE DI ISERA DOC

In the 15th century the grape Marzemino Gentile has found on the basalt ground of the lower Trentino its ideal fertile soil. Since then the genetic relative of Lagrein, Teroldego and Syrah is an integral part of Trentino. Even Mozart was enchanted with the character of Marzemino with its gentle fragrance and taste of forest berries and sang in “Don Giovanni” about this typical wine of the valley Isera.

CABERNET FRANC TRENTINO DOC

The from middle to the end of October maturing grape variety Cabernet Franc is very susceptible to illness and is used in France especially in good years as a blend wine with great Cuvées. The decent wine which is rarely produced in its pure form has a great character and in comparison to Cabernet Sauvignon a lower tannic and astringency. Therefore it is drinkable younger.

   PIANILONGHI – CABERNET SAUVIGNON

The noble vine Cabernet Sauvignon has started from Bordelais to conquer the world of the wine. In spite of the recognition signs, to the typical grape smell of black currant, the deep-dark colour as well as the structure of tannins and acids, the identification of the grape is not always easy, because it is hardly offered in its purity. In the Trentino the Cabernet Sauvignon is widespread because of the ideal conditions.

  CAMPIANO – MERLOT

It is presumed, that the grapes originate from France, from the region around Bordeaux. The early-maturing variety is rarely offered in its pure form and proves fruity, full-bodied wines enjoyable just after a few years of storage. In Trentino the Merlot has found its ideal fertile soil particularly at the foot of the vineyards.

TEROLDEGO IGT VIGNETI DELLE DOLOMITI

Teroldego is one of the best regional red wines of Northern Italy which is located at 220 m, at the confluence of the rivers Adige and Noce. It is believed that the name is derived of the Austrian “Tiroler Gold”.
The grapes for this wine come from vineyards in perfect vegetative-productive balance. By thinning out the grapes, balanced and healthy grapes are obtained. This gives the wine the desired structure and the alcohol.

ROSA IGT VALLAGARINA ROSATO

Since the 16th century plays the Rebsorte Vernatsch, in Italian Schiava, an important role in South Tirol. Tact is a basic requirement to find the right amount of skin contact which is important for the production of the rosy wine. The variety, the degree of ripeness and health of the grape play an important role. The Schiava IGT Vallagarina is a winning, modern wine with pleasant, non-dominant alcohol degree and a fresh decent acidity. It suites very well for a kitchen with new trends.

BELVEDERE IGT VIGNETI DELLE DOLOMITI

This white wine named Belvedere is obtained from the best Pinot Bianco and Incrocio Manzoni grapes in the wine cellar of the Azienda Agricola de Tarczal. The wine has a wonderfully straw-yellow colour and smells of jasmine and fresh fruits like apples and peaches with a breath of apricots and hops.

FELIX CHARDONNAY IGT VIGNETI DELLE DOLOMITI

After long-standing attempts Ruggero Dell’Adami de Tarczal has developed with Felix IGT and the corresponding grape Chardonnay franco di piede a unique wine.
Since the phylloxera has kept entry the European vineyards in the 19th century, the European Chardonnay are grafted with the roots of the American phylloxera-tolerant Chardonnay. The innovative winegrower from Isera for whom the harmony between man and nature as well as the preservation of Trentino tradition are his daily companions and advisers, has managed to grow the original European Chardonnay without grafting, in its purest form. This masterpiece is succeeded by research, many attempts and above all his will and commitment.

HUSAR – MARZEMINO

A highlight and at the same time the speciality of the vineyard de TARCZAL is the Selezione HUSAR, a pure Marzemino. The grapes for this fine wine are read exclusively in Isera in the vineyard Castello. Only a fine-selected choice of grapes is used for this special wine HUSAR.

LAGREIN IGT VALLAGARINA

Vinification in red with medium steel maceration. Refinement 50 % in tonneau 50% steel tank for 12 months. Color intense ruby red color with slightly violet reflections. PRAGIARA ROSSO IGT VALLAGARINA

Selezione PRAGIARA IGT is a highlight of the wines de Tarczal. This cuvee is made from one third of the selected grapes Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. It is not surprising that the Selezione PRAGIARA is only available in exceptional vintages.
